Baked Salmon

This is a way of eating that I learned from a friend in the UK. The original recipe called for using Leeks, a type of large onion. Here, I've substituted them with chives. Many people say that the UK is full of "dark cuisine", but in fact, their tastes tend to be quite light. If you appreciate enjoying food in its original flavors, then many of their dishes are actually quite good, and there's always innovation going on.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillets: 2 pieces
  • Chives: a handful
  • Olive oil: as needed
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Lemon slices: 2 pieces
  • The method of grilling salmon

  • Cut the scallions into sections the same length as the salmon chunks and lay them flat on a baking tray

  • Place salmon chunks on top of scallions, sprinkle salt, black pepper, and olive oil, and grill

  • Oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. This time depends on the oven. If it is a small oven, it is recommended to bake at 200 degrees Celsius. You can control the time and bake until it turns golden brown.
